About Booking

Booking is Easy!

You can directly register and pay for your Gong Journey by selecting the Register button on your selected event and following the Next button to the Payment screen. Be sure that your reservation is complete with a confirmation at the end!

You can also register and pay for a family member or friend at the same time! This saves time and hassle because you do not have to register individually for each family member or friend. You can even register and pay for multiple events in one simple registration!

Making Payments

Offering Tree handles your payment when you register for and buy a Sacred Gong Journey or book a personal appointment. You can pay as a guest or create an optional account. With an account, you can see your schedule and purchase history and use a package. You can even store your payment method for easy booking!

Your Payment Options are:

Option 1: Pay as a guest

You do not need to have an Offering Tree account to make your secure payment. You can pay as a Guest.
Select "Continue as Guest."

Your identification is your email address. Phone numbers are only required when booking appointments or to receive text message reminders.

Option 2: Optional Offering Tree Account

With an account you can view your upcoming schedule, see purchase history, use a package, and have a payment method on record to register and pay quickly.

Your Offering Tree account will be available to be created with your first purchase.
Select "Create Account."
OR if you would like, you can create your Offering Tree account first.
Select the top banner account login.

Frequently asked questions about payment and accounts

How do I register and pay for family in friends?

When booking you can not only register yourself, but can also register a family member or friend at the same time! This saves time and hassle because you do not have to register individually for each family member or friend.

Do I need an Offering Tree account to pay?

No. Select "Continue as Guest" when paying.

Can I register for more than one event at a time?

Can I pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

For Google Pay

The person checking out needs to be on a Chrome browser.
The person needs to have a credit card on file with Google Pay

For Apple Pay

The person checking out needs to be on a Safari browser or an IPhone.
The person needs to have Apple Pay set up

How do I change my payment method?

You will need to have an Offering Tree account in order to save your payment method for purchases at Sacred Wave.

All-access gong journey package: Why do I need to have an account? How do I signup for a gong journey?

All access packages use credits to book your gong journey while your package is active. The account is needed to allow you to use the credits rather than paying for the gong journeys included in your package.

Register for the individual gong journey as normal. When you come to the payment part, you will have an option in the "Choose a payment method' dropdown to use your package for payment. If your package has expired, it will not show up there.

Your Account Login

Reminder: You do not need an account to book. You can pay as a Guest.
If you choose to have an account:
Your account credentials will be your email address and password.
You will be sent an account confirmation email from Offering Tree. You will need to confirm the account.
You can request a password reset at any time. It will be sent to your email address.

Be sure note the email address and password when you make your Offering Tree account.

The Offering Tree account login is located in the top right corner in the top banner.

Login to see your schedule and purchase history.
