Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations to be eligible for studio credit.

Phones/Electronic Devices: To maintain the studio environment, no phones or electronic devices are allowed. Please leave devices in your vehicle or check for safekeeping storage or medical needs.

Arrival Window: Studio doors open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Late Arrival Policy: To prevent disruption, doors close at start time and late arrivals are not admitted.
