Prepare for your Gong Journey
You can leave your electronic devices outside of the studio or a special signal blocking bag or "Faraday bag" will be provided to place them in.
You can leave your electronic devices turned OFF in the studio foyer if you do not want to leave them at home or in your car. The studio door will be locked when the session begins.
Bring comfort items and water
The studio has padding for you to lie on. A recliner is available upon request. You can bring: pillows, a throw blanket, and eye covering.
